Requirements:

Nationality: Malaysian
Language: English, Mandarin
Education: Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Skills:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in HR or equivalent practical experience
  • Well versed with Employment Act, Labor Laws and prevailing HR practices including statutory requirement
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, human relations and communication skill
  • Able to work independently and highly self-motivated
  • Proactive and start work and accomplish task without the need to micro managing
  • Honest and trustworthy with positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Good logical thinking and analytical skill to resolve problem
  • Able to work with peers closely and willing to help and share knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Perform recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, performance and off boarding process
  • Streamlining HR processes & procedure, ensuring SOP, HR policies are up-to-date
  • Support the execution of performance management
  • Coordinate employee learning and development program
  • Assist & liaison with government authorities and statutory bodies when necessary
  • Develop staff retention and improvement program
  • Assist with general office administration and human resource assignment
  • New hires onboarding arrangement to quicker getting them up to speed
  • Prepare all documents related to HR and maintain good filling system
  • Protect and maintain company assets
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time
